What to judge a pool builder on instead

- Who is my single point of contact after I sign, and how do I reach them?
- Which parts of the bid are allowances, and what happens if they are wrong?
- What is the payment schedule tied to: dates, or completed build stages?
- What is in writing about the shell, the finish, and the equipment warranty?
- How are permits and inspections handled, and by whom?
